We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across corporate roles.Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand - Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines - Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment - High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding great talentJob Requirements:- Bachelors / Postgraduate Degree (MBA Preferred) - 3-6 years of HR experience especially in Talent Acquisition from the Non-IT Industry - Sourcing through various channels - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Result Orientation with execution excellence - Attention to detail - Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
