Role: Senior Relationship Manager Mutual Funds AssetPlus is an end-to-end platform for financial advisors and investors to scale businesses/manage investments digitally. The mutual fund industry in India has experienced significant growth in recent years, presenting a lucrative opportunity for professionals looking to make an impact in the financial services sector. As a Relationship Manager- Mutual Funds, you will be responsible for managing and driving business growth through Pan-Indian distributors, providing a dynamic and diverse work environment. Responsibilities ● Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential and high-performing financial distribution partners. ● Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring partners are aligned with growth objectives and maximizing their business potential. ● Drive revenue and meet/exceed sales targets across financial products, including: Wealth Management: Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, NPS Insurance: Life and Health Insurance ● Strategically grow Assets Under Management (AUM) from assigned partners. ● Identify and execute opportunities to onboard external AUM from partner ecosystems. Conduct regular training sessions, product updates, and skill development workshops for partners. ● Motivate and guide partners to enhance productivity and scale their operations. ● Stay updated on product innovations, market trends, and economic insights. ● Regularly share actionable intelligence and market commentary with partners to aid in their business decisions and client engagement. ● Implement and follow a structured inbound sales process ● Take end-to-end ownership of partner success and be accountable for delivering business outcomes. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, operations) to resolve partner issues and enhance service delivery.
