Data Analyst

Job Description We are hiring an experienced Data Analyst with strong exposure to Azure data platforms , Databricks , and SQL . The ideal candidate will bring deep banking data experience and end-to-end data product implementation knowledge. Key Responsibilities Design and build scalable data pipelines and models Analyze complex data sets and present actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data initiatives Ensure high-quality data governance and compliance practices Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS using Power BI or similar tools Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Databricks , SQL , and Azure ✔ Minimum 3 years in banking data (Retail, Business, or Wholesale products) ✔ Expertise in data visualization using Power BI / Business Objects / Crystal ✔ Strong grasp of ETL , data warehousing , and data modeling concepts ✔ Proficiency in SQL and Python (SAS/R/Spark is a plus) ✔ Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats (JSON, Parquet, Avro, XML) ✔ Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance ✔ Experience with distributed data processing (e.g., Apache Spark) ✔ Must have deployed end-to-end data products Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)
