Support local Academies in executing strategic initiatives aligned with company goals. Partner with local Managers to integrate BM principles into market-specific plans. Data-Driven Decision Making Deliver quarterly performance reports and ad hoc analyses to guide strategic choices. Conduct network analysis for markets without a dedicated BM Manager (e.g., Philippines, New Zealand, South Korea). Consolidate and interpret dealer/network financial and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities. Build Excel-based financial models and dashboards to support leadership decisions. Create impactful data visualizations that translate insights into action. What You Bring Solid foundation in finance and accounting dealership accounting experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel charts. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess. Analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into strategy. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
