Define and execute the long-term technology strategy aligned with business and product goals. Own and evolve the product engineering roadmap in collaboration with Product and Design leadership. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms using modern cloud-native principles. Lead product design governance and ensure consistency, usability, and technical excellence. Champion the integration of AI/ML into product features to drive automation and personalization. Partner with Data Science teams to operationalize ML models and ensure responsible AI practices. Build and scale global engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Establish and monitor engineering KPIs for velocity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Represent engineering in executive forums, communicating strategy and progress to stakeholders. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the engineering organization. Who are you: Product Engineering leader with 20+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably from the Healthcare Domain Agile leader. Hands on people management. Be the coach and leader for the team and delivery. Passion to conceive, design and implement innovative products. Solve integration problems of the product.
