Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: · Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making. · Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications for the data engineering team. · Data Engineering Concept: Have an understanding of data engineering concepts, including the principles of designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes. · Project Management: Manage and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. · Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. · Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment. Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and data engineering. · Technical Skills: Good Understanding on SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data warehousing solutions. · Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. · Project Management: Experience in managing projects and working in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Required Skills: · Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python. · Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). · Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP). Good to Have Skills: · Databricks: Experience with Databricks tool is a plus. · Certifications: Certifications in Databricks or Azure (or any relevant certifications) are highly desirable.
