ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN IMMEDIATELY START Company Description TWOSA Consulting Private Limited is a startup, focusing on Supply Chain Management with a vision to become an exceptional Procure to Pay (P2P) services, Spend Analytics, Category & Contract Management, SAP Post Implementation (AMS) service provider across the industry Purpose This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Procurement Specialist supporting an overseas Mining Client. Responsible for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring products and services are delivered on time and within budget, and working cross-functionally to maintain inventory levels and client satisfaction Position Description / Key Accountabilities ·      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline ·      3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management ·      Ability to work through the Procure to Pay cycle with both internal and external stakeholders ·      Conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders in a timely manner ·      Expediting of overdue purchase orders regularly and preparation of reports for maintenance team ·      Coach and guide vendors to submit invoices within the client governance process ·      Support vendors and internal stakeholders on any invoice queries ·      Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive vendor relationship ·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·      Understanding of Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes. ·      Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems (SAP / Pronto Preferred) About You To be successful, you will need to be self-driven and comfortable being hands-on by demonstrating strong knowledge of Procurement by providing actionable insights. · Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Purchasing / Buyer roles · Strong experience in working in P2P environment · Strong understanding on Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain Processes · Global Procurement experience (Mandatory) · Advanced Excel Skills (Mandatory) · Strong understanding of ERP Systems (SAP / Pronto Preferred) · Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders · Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment · Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen · Excellent communication and relationship management skills What you get in return · Excellent work culture · Long term growth · Opportunity to work across various categories · Excellent Remuneration
