Location: Chennai Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Role Overview We’re hiring a proactive professional to coordinate and oversee project development—from planning to site execution. This role blends architectural insight, project management, and logistics handling, ideal for candidates who thrive in structured environments and aspire to grow within a compliance-driven team. Key Responsibilities Manage project schedules and ensure timely task completion Liaise effectively with site engineers, labour teams, clients, and internal project teams Expedite procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications Handle logistics and maintain audit-ready documentation Enforce branded communication standards and support structured reporting Qualifications Diploma (DCE) / B.E. in Civil Engineering / Diploma or B.Arch in Architecture Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, site execution, or architectural support Strong skills in project management, expediting, inspection, and logistics Excellent communication and organizational abilities Familiarity with digital tools for documentation and workflow tracking Bike mandatory for site coordination and mobility
