About the Role We are seeking a prompt and motivated Inbound Sales Manager to join our team. This role is focused on converting incoming enquiries into confirmed bookings for our properties. You will be the bridge between customers searching for instant-liveable homes and property owners offering them. Success in this role requires strong processing skills, negotiation ability, and a sharp sense of urgency to close deals quickly. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion : Respond to online enquiries (calls, chat, email, WhatsApp) promptly and convert them into confirmed sales. Customer Engagement : Understand customer needs, clarify requirements (location, duration, budget), and present the most suitable property options. Negotiation : With customers → motivate them to confirm booking, handle objections, and close deals. With property owners → negotiate availability, terms, and pricing to finalize bookings. Pipeline Management : Track enquiries, follow up consistently, and ensure no lead is left unattended. Sales Reporting : Maintain records of leads, conversions, and negotiations in CRM/booking system. Customer Experience : Provide clear information, set expectations, and ensure smooth booking process for both customers and property partners. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or inbound call handling (hospitality, travel, or real estate background preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal + written). Excellent processing ability — quick to respond, multitask, and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously. Negotiation skills to balance customer expectations with property owner requirements. Comfort with using CRM tools, booking systems, and digital communication platforms .
