Managing Director – Tech Services (ADMS Business Unit) Role: Managing Director – Tech Services (ADMS Business Unit) Location: India (Global focus – US & Europe geographies) Compensation: ~₹1.2 Crores CTC We are seeking a seasoned Technology Services Leader at the MD level to head our Application Development, Maintenance and Services (ADMS) BU , owning full P&L responsibility and driving growth across L1/L2/L3 support functions for US and Europe clients. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 23+ years in IT/Tech Services with strong expertise in ADMS/Managed Services. Background: Currently working with a large tech services organization (Tier-1 or equivalent). Leadership: Proven business builder who has scaled and managed large teams across global regions. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, client engagement, and profitability. Global Delivery: Strong experience in managing cross-border delivery for US and European markets . ADMS: Application development, maintenance, and support. What We’re Looking For A visionary leader who combines strategic business leadership with hands-on execution. Ability to own and expand a large P&L , while ensuring delivery excellence.
