EA to CEO - Financial Services (Tier 1)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly professional and proactive EA to support the Founder & Group CEO of a respected financial firm. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with prior experience in managing high-level executive operations. This is a key role requiring discretion, reliability, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder & Group CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity. • Coordinate and follow up on action items across departments. • Manage special projects as assigned by the Founder & Group CEO. • Ability to drive various company vide projects nationally. Candidate Profile: • Preferably from Tier-1 colleges only, such as IIMs, XLRI, ISB , or equivalent institutes. • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive/CEO. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Location - Chennai CTC - 30 L Education - MBA Travel required for min 10 to 15 days in a month. Only those who can and are willing to shadow the person will be eligible.
