Role & responsibilities- The person should be able to draft any contracts including Business Agreement, Lease Deed etc. - To handle matters such as Trade mark (protecting and defending infringement of Trade mark, IPR) - Handle consumer cases reply, and defending before respective judicial/quasi-judicial forum - Handle litigations, court procedures involving any matters related to company's day-to-day affairsPreferred candidate profile1. Law degree from recognized college under Regular stream of 5 years or 3 years of BL/LLB with Graduation2. Post qualification experience of not less than 10 to 15 7 years in any medium/large organization/law firm.3. Candidate should be willing to travel to Retail stores spread across South India.
