About the Role : We're looking for OTC Collections Analysts with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This dynamic role involves managing customer portfolios and ensuring timely collections. Send your resume to: Shift: US Shift Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Location: Onsite – Chennai Responsibilities : Manage customer portfolios and ensure timely collections Analyze aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts Resolve disputes by collaborating with billing, sales & customer service Negotiate payment plans and monitor credit limits Prepare weekly reports and dashboards Handle escalations and lead root cause analysis Drive reduction in DSO and bad debt Mentor junior analysts and support system enhancements Present insights to leadership and support audits Qualifications : 2–3 years of OTC Collections experience Required Skills : Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills : Experience in managing escalations and external collection agencies Ability to drive automation and process improvements Pay range and compensation package : Competitive salary based on experience.
