Openings for Senior Quality Analyst - Night Shift Experience: Minimum of 2+years of experience as QA. Working Model: On-site Work Only Shifts: Night Shifts Graduation: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (No Diploma) Should be from Voice(BPO) Background Work Location : Chennai (Perungalathur) Key Requirements: 1.Should be able to Conduct regular Process QA audits. 2· Maintain working knowledge of quality standards and SLAs. 3· Perform quality refresher trainings and test process knowledge Assessments. 4.Minimum of 2+years of experience as QA. 5. Excellent communication skills 6. Should have a critical thought process and decision-making capability with a focus on accuracy. 7.
