Deputy Manager

Position: Deputy Manager – Operational Excellence Location: Chennai Reporting to: Manager – Operational Excellence Job Summary As an individual contributor reporting to OE Head, the following is the job description along with the must have skills for the desired role. Job Description: • Deploy Process Discovery for the identified pool / tower / team • Spearhead Continuous / Process Improvement projects • Assess process complexity and implement standard & reliable frameworks to measure and improve Efficiency (Productivity & Capacity Utilization) • Conduct Quarterly Assessments across teams to assess the OE Maturity penetration, work closely with the teams in creating 30/60/90 days action plans and improve the maturity as deemed required • Build a strong working relationship with the stakeholders starting from Leads to Managers to OG, Tower & Cluster head and drive OE agenda through a strong Governance process • Spearhead and lead improvement initiatives partnering with other OE team members and Automation COE team ably supporting deployment of cutting-edge leading technology solutions. Profile Description: • Trained in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (or) Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt professional from a reputed institution • Minimum 9 years of overall Work experience out of which 4 to 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Delivery Excellence / Operational Excellence / Performance Excellence role with a mandatory exposure and experience in deploying / implementing Process Discovery / Task Mining preferably from services industry (BPO / Shared service centre / Global business services) • Work with cross functional team (Internal & Stakeholders) to understand process nuances and should posses the ability to execute projects as per the agreed timelines • Work along with Operations, OE & Automation CoE team to spearhead Process Discovery recommendation implementation • Exposure to Process Discovery & mining practices is mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools About the Client : A leading-edge technology and business services firm that provides impact driven solutions to businesses, enabling them outpace speed of change.
