TCS is hiring for JDA planogram Developer role !! Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory. Shift- Rotational 24*7 Job Description- The Category Alignment Space Management Analyst is the liaison between merchant, cross-functional partners and field organization. Responsible for analyzing data to create planograms using our JDA/Blue Yonder software and space management systems, while also possessing the ability to interpret and present the 'why' behind decisions. Responsible for capturing the vision and visual merchandising strategy of our merchant partners Responsible for timely delivery of clear, concise playbooks to the planogram development team that communicate merchandising strategy and category specific details to aid in delivering accurate high-quality planograms, meet timelines and adhere to regulatory and merchandising standards. Data driven, customer lead decisions utilizing a blend of art and science to create planograms are critical to improving space productivity and increasing buyer conversion at shelf. Demonstrates a fundamental understanding in the application of JDA/Blue Yonder software, Microsoft Office Suite, including Golden queries, required to build and maintain most common planograms. Demonstrates the ability to analyze and interpret data in developing a customer centric approach to assigned merchandise categories, and facilitates ad hoc requests Supports process improvement efforts to optimize workflow efficiencies. Strong attention to detail and sound problem solving skills for technical and business issues Prioritize optimal assortment and/or shelving information to support the goals of our clients, customers, and company Strong merchandising and planogram development skills with the ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports Regards Ritika Jagwani (HR)
