Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description: • Directly report to Manager - Delivery for daily work coordination & solution triage. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyse business requirements for Odoo implementations. • Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR to meet business needs. • Provide functional expertise during the design, testing, and implementation phases of Odoo projects. • Assist in troubleshooting, resolving, and optimizing Odoo system issues. • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for Odoo functionalities. • Become the project lead and manage the project end-to-end lifecycle. Requirements • 3 to 5 Years of Experience working in Odoo Implementations • Prior experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role would be preferable • In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and CRM. • Proven ability to gather requirements and map them to functional solutions in Odoo. • Strong understanding of Odoo configurations, workflows, and reporting tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Preferred Qualifications (not a deal breaker) • Odoo certifications will be an added advantage. • Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions v18 • Familiarity with Odoo Studio for basic customizations and integrations. • Basic understanding of Python and PostgreSQL for minor troubleshooting.
