Senior ERP & Business Systems Integration Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP & EDI Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise systems landscape. This role is crucial in delivering robust solutions between Epicor iScala ERP, WMS, and external system s—focusing on EDI file development, XML-based integration, and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process. A strong command of complex MSSQL queries is mandatory to succeed in this position. Shift: 4.00 am IST to 1.00 pm IST Duties & Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for Epicor iScala ERP, including issue resolution, configuration, and enhancements. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI files (e.g., Orders, Invoices, ASNs) for integration with business partners. Design and support system integrations between ERP, WMS, and external platforms using XML, flat files, or other structured data formats. Build and execute complex MSSQL queries for data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize the O2C (Order-to-Cash) process, including Order Entry, Delivery, Invoicing, and Collection. Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and specifications. Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and internal teams for system alignment and issue resolution. Participate in ERP upgrades, SIT/UAT testing, and ongoing improvement projects. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials. To resolve and check integration issues between ERP, EDI and WMS on daily basis . Perform any ad hoc assignments or special tasks as directed by superiors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP support and development, ideally with Epicor iScala. Proven ability to write and optimize complex MSSQL queries is a must. Hands-on experience in EDI development (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration using XML, flat files, or middleware. Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within ERP systems. Familiarity with integration between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience with stored procedures, triggers, views, and database optimization. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Background in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments. Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboarding platforms.
