Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives across our IT services portfolio. This role involves crossroads of business strategy, product leadership, customer insight, and emerging technologies like GenAI Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Pune Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends. Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead product development efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features. Lifecycle Management Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Monitor product performance using analytics tools and iterate based on feedback. Customer & Market Insights Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Act as the voice of the customer in product planning and execution. Go-to-Market Execution Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies and positioning. Support client engagements and product demonstrations. Mentorship & Leadership Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture. Influence organizational strategy and promote best practices in product management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 12–18 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT services or enterprise software. Realign product vision with business strategy Deepen customer engagement through experience design Strengthen engineering for scale and speed Inject innovation using AI without losing focus
