A senior delivery executive has to manage the multi-million portfolio in banking and financial services who has worked in complex delivery environment, maintain & strengthen the relationships with the customer execs, leading the team, owning the P&L, handling the operations and support growth of the account, Should be closer to technology and understand domain and technology together to provide value to customers. Extensive experience in managing accounts, delivering App Dev, application support and transformation programs. Fluent in communication, proven records of setting up innovation, value driven culture across the organization. Roles and responsibilities: Summary: Overall 18+ years’ experience in IT Services Extensive experience working for Banking customers Experience in Application Development, Application Support & Transformation – Delivery Leadership candidate, who has demonstrated managing large accounts – 20+Mil ACV, 300+ Members Handled variety of programs – Time & Material, Fixed price, Production support, etc Someone with good pedigree - Education and Employment Someone who has grown accounts from scratch (grown at least two accounts from scratch) Grown with in Organization as a leader and strong Project / Program / Delivery Management experience Leadership: Lead the delivery unit in meeting all client commitments and adhering to the project construct, Drive innovations across projects to establish Value Driven Delivery Ensure all governance and compliance guidelines are upheld and experience in setting up strong performing team Lead strategic & tactical decisions on growing the portfolio, mentoring emerging talent, setup portfolio with 400+ team members Solution response & Bid Management: Demonstrated experience in managing bids end to end Experience in handling RFP, estimation, solution & winning multiple large deals Client Management: Manage escalations effectively to avoid stakeholder dissatisfaction. Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders effectively. Build relationship with existing & new stakeholders to grow the account, Operations Management: Manage with operations team to maintain healthy financial parameters– revenue, margins, invoicing, HC movement, account pyramid. Responsible for setting up the team from the beginning, working closely with all support functions across the organization. Drive pre-sales support Financial: Track financials to ensure projects are within budget and per expectations. Manage P&L to optimize service, client satisfaction and Organization profitability. Qualification: Engineering or similar advanced educational degree. Relevant Work Experience : minimum experience of 15+ years
