A mix of software and hardware. At SocioSquares, we’re a team of 40+ tech, creative, and online marketing experts passionate about growth marketing and lead generation for fast-growing startups and home improvement companies.Working directly with the founding team, you'll build key partnerships and expand our brand presence. Here’s what we’re looking for in a Social Media Executive- Hands-on knowledge of social media marketing- Experience working in a digital marketing agency- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging social media strategies.Manage social media platforms of the organization and our clients.Researching appropriate hashtags and accounts to tag and optimize each content piece effectively.Scheduling social media posts at the optimal time of day.Engaging followers with regular company/client updates.Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.Responding to the comments on social media on time.Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.Analyzing social media trends.Find Social media influencers and engage with them to find collaborations.Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.Coordinating with the Graphic Designer and other team members.Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.Exploring the potential value of social media sites and strategies that are not yet in our repertoire.Use AI Tools to improve productivityPosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position for at least 1 year. Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs.Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them. In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.Strong organizational and time management skills.A keen eye for details.Job Timings: 6:00 pm IST to 2:30 am ISTWork Days: Monday to FridayPerks & Benefits: Work From Home, Mediclaim BenefitSalary - Till 35KTo know more about the company, visit our website -
