This role isclient-facing, revenue-driven, and ownership-heavy . You will handle premium residential projects ranging from₹10–50 Lakhs , taking complete responsibility fromfirst client interaction to design freeze and production handover.What You’ll OwnLead to Closure Handle assigned premium leads and drive conversations with confidence Understand lifestyle needs, scope, and budgets Present layouts, concepts, and proposals Support negotiations and close projectsDesign to Production Develop refined, execution-ready design concepts Finalize layouts, materials, and BOQs Drive design freeze and push projects into production Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth executionPipeline & Performance Manage your sales pipeline actively Track project stages from consultation to PO release Achieve monthly sales and production targetsWho Will Thrive Here5+ years experience in residential interior design Strong client presentation and negotiation skills Comfortable handling₹10–50L projects independently Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution feasibility High ownership mindset with strong disciplineWhy This Role is DifferentThis isnot just another design job.
