Job Description:

Role Overview We are seeking a digitally savvy E-Commerce & Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage our brand’s online presence and product visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, executing social media campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement to drive online sales and brand awareness in the FMCG space. Key Responsibilities Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images Coordinate with design and content teams to develop banners, creatives, and promotional assets for online campaigns Monitor customer reviews, queries, and feedback across platforms; ensure timely resolution and escalation when needed Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand strategy, seasonal promotions, and product launches Track performance metrics such as CTR, engagement rate, conversion rate, and prepare weekly/monthly reports Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and digital partners to amplify brand reach Ensure timely updates of stock availability, discounts, and promotional offers across all platforms Stay updated on platform algorithms, SEO best practices, and competitor activity to optimize visibility Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints including tone, visuals, and messaging Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and paid ads Eligibility Criteria – E-Commerce & Social Media Executive • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and social media management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods • Proficiency in MS Excel, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce dashboards • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills • Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet campaign deadlines • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment • Professional integrity and alignment with organizational values
