Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Digital Campaign Specialist located in Chennai. The Senior Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include campaign management, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for better results, managing projects related to digital marketing, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to enhance the digital presence and achieve marketing goals. Design, launch, and manage lead-generation campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency. Ensure budget allocation across platforms aligns with business priorities and performance outcomes. Budget Optimization & Spend Efficiency Continuously monitor campaign budgets to minimize wasted spend while maximizing conversions. Optimize bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS-focused) and reallocate budgets based on performance. Identify underperforming channels/ads and implement corrective measures to improve ROI. Forecast and report on campaign spends, ensuring transparency and accuracy in cost management. Performance Optimization Conduct rigorous A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding models. Implement advanced targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies to drive lead quality. Ensure campaigns are fully aligned with funnel stages to improve conversion efficiency. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze KPIs (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, lead quality) using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards. Provide detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve spend efficiency. Apply attribution models to understand and optimize multi-touch campaign performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales and CRM teams to align lead-generation goals with business objectives. Work with creative and content teams to deliver high-performing ad assets. Collaborate with marketing leadership on forecasting and budget planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns. Demonstrated success in managing large campaign budgets while reducing CPL and maximizing ROI. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools. Deep understanding of bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS) and budget pacing. Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
