Role Description As a Graphic Designer at OMW, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand identities and crafting visually stunning content for both digital and print campaigns. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, social media managers, and marketing strategists to bring creative concepts to life. Your work will define the visual presence of our clients, ensuring consistency, originality, and engagement across platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling visuals across digital and print mediums. Digital : social media, websites, OTT platforms, digital ads, and brand campaigns. Print : branding and packaging, brochures, flyers, posters, newspapers, magazines, hoardings, and other collaterals. Design brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and brand guidelines. Create packaging designs that are visually striking and aligned with brand aesthetics. Develop marketing collaterals such as presentations, banners, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute innovative design ideas. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling through visual design aesthetics. Work closely with social media managers to create high-performing content. Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital formats. Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality. Must-have Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator , with strong knowledge of typography, branding, and layout design. Creativity: Strong design sense with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and originality. Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including creatives, strategists, and social media managers. Adaptability: Ability to translate client requirements into impactful visual concepts. AI Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-driven design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT, Gemini AI Preferred Qualifications Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Print Design Exposure: Prior experience in packaging, branding, and large-format print designs (magazines, hoardings, etc.). Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with design innovations, digital formats, and creative best practices. Location: . Chetpet, Chennai (Full-time, Work from Office).
