Year of Exp : 5-7 yrs Mode of interview : 1st Level Discussion : Virtual Final Discussion : Face to Face Interview Must-Have Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Electronic Media, or related field. 5-8 years of visual designer experience, preferably in creative/ad/design agencies. Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Acrobat, Media Encoder, Audition, etc. A proactive, self-driven individual with a strong sense of design; a creative thinker, and innovator with an acute eye for engaging visual storytelling. Solid understanding of design fundamentals - color, typography, grids, and layout. Ability to adjust artistic vision based on project needs. In-depth knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging creative technologies. Experience with photography & video production is a bonus. Should be open to travel for events and branding related tasks.
