Interior Designer (Commercial Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for office interiors using CAD software. - Create accurate 3D visualizations and renderings of office spaces to support design presentations. - Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to develop design concepts and ensure feasibility. - Modify and update drawings based on client feedback and site requirements. - Apply knowledge of materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes to create realistic and client-focused designs. - Assist in space planning, furniture layout, and utilization of available areas for optimal workflow. - Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications. - Maintain a well-organized project documentation system. - Support project coordination, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.Qualifications:- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Draftsman or 3D Visualizer in office space projects. - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software. - Experience with rendering tools like V-Ray, Lumion,D5 ,or Corona Renderer is a plus. - Understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and space planning principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed designs. - Creative mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
