Sr PHE & FPS Design & Estimation (EPC Tenders)

Role Overview We are looking for askilled and motivated PHE & FPS Design Engineerwho will play a critical role in winning and executing EPC projects and B2B tenders. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender designs, optimizing PHE & FPS systems through value engineering, preparing cost estimations, and coordinating with consultants for design approvals. The role also demands proactive problem-solving to address project execution and site-related queries. Key Responsibilities Review and interprettender drawings, designs, and specificationsrelated to PHE & FPS systems. Conductvalue engineeringfor plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems to ensure cost-effective and efficient designs. Preparedetailed cost estimates, BOQs, and purchase BOMsin line with project requirements. Coordinate withPHE & FPS consultantsfor drawing reviews, design validation, andGFC (Good for Construction) approvals . Provideon-site technical support , resolving PHE & FPS–related queries during execution. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements (NBC, NFPA, local by-laws, etc.). Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, procurement, and project management) to deliver seamless project execution. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil/Building Services Engineering (Master’s preferred). 2–6 years of experience inPHE and FPS design, estimation, or EPC projects(construction/infra experience preferred). Strong knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, water supply, drainage, and fire-fighting systems. Familiarity with tender processes, BOQs, GFC drawings, and relevant design standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in afast-paced, high-growth startup environment . Why Join Us?
