Role Description Pixelate, a leading advertising and digital marketing agency, is looking for enthusiastic and creative Designer(Freshers) to join our growing design team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are passionate about design and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with senior designers and creative leads, contributing to projects across digital, print, branding, and social media. Key Responsibilities: Assist the design team in creating visuals for digital campaigns, websites, branding, print materials, and social media. Support senior designers in brainstorming and developing creative concepts. Ensure design work aligns with client requirements and brand guidelines. Prepare and deliver design drafts under the guidance of senior team members. Stay open to learning new tools, techniques, and industry trends. Manage assigned tasks effectively and deliver within deadlines. Take feedback constructively and refine designs accordingly. Requirements: A degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or strong portfolio/self-taught skills). Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar. Creativity, imagination, and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior designers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication and time management skills. Passion for design, trends, and creative storytelling.
