We’re Hiring: Marketing Designer Location: Chennai - Guindy (Hybrid Module) (4 Days WFO, 1 Day WFH) EMEA Shift-3.00PM to 11.00PM Are you passionate about blending creativity with strategy to build impactful brand experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic designer who can lead creative initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and deliver designs that drive engagement across platforms. What you’ll do: Spearhead brand promotion campaigns through compelling social media creatives, UI/UX designs, and digital assets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to craft user-friendly interfaces and high-performing ad campaigns. Build design systems & brand guidelines ensuring consistency across channels. Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to design automated and personalized ad creatives. Lead a team to deliver world-class product, social, and motion designs recognized by global industry leaders. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, motion design, video editing and creative strategy. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Premiere Pro) & Figma. Strong portfolio of social media creatives, ad campaigns. Experience with AI creative tools like MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. Proven track record of delivering results (boosting user acquisition, reducing CAC, enhancing visibility).
