We’re not just another ERP services company - we’re building a team that transforms systems and careers, where your voice matters.  As a IFS Admin , you will:  Manage and maintain our IFS ERP infrastructure: installation, configuration, security, and upgrades.  Take ownership of database administration: backup, recovery, performance, scalability.  Ensure high availability, reliability, and data integrity for both IFS and the underlying databases.  Design, implement, and test disaster recovery & failover mechanisms.  Automate recurring administrative and DBA tasks to streamline operations and reduce manual work.  Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues and performance bottlenecks proactively.  Collaborate with functional teams, infra / network / security teams, and sometimes vendors, to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.  Mentor / guide junior DBAs or IFS admins; share knowledge and promote best practices.  Maintain documentation: system configurations, recovery procedures, SOPs, escalation paths.  Be part of on-call / emergency support for critical production issues as required.  Skills & Qualifications   Prior experience of atleast 1 year(Senior and junior roles are required) in managing IFS ERP environments (on-premise or cloud).  Strong DBA skills: backup & recovery, performance tuning, query optimization, capacity planning.  Working knowledge of commonly used databases (e.g. Oracle / MS SQL / PostgreSQL etc.).  Familiarity with OS platforms (Linux / Windows) and server / network infrastructure.  Ability to script (shell, PowerShell, Python or similar) to automate tasks.  Experience using monitoring tools, log analysis, alerting systems.  Good communication skills: able to explain issues to both technical and non-technical people.  Problem-solving mindset; ownership; proactive attitude.  Leadership orientation: mentoring, process improvement, documentation, teamwork.  Why You’ll Love Working Here   You’ll lead from early on — Highshine gives you space to own parts of the system, propose ideas, and drive them.  Work under leaders who value vision, innovation, and growth — your development is part of ours.  Be part of a fast-growing environment where ERP isn’t just implementation, but transformation.  Supportive culture, where creativity, feedback, and initiative are rewarded.  This is not just a job - it’s a chance to learn, build, and grow with Highshine.
