Roles and Responsibilites: Administer and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including upgrades, scaling, security, and backup strategies. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins instances, plugins, agents, and build pipelines. Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues related to Jenkins, OpenShift builds/deployments, and integrations. Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar. Automate infrastructure tasks and deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Helm, Terraform). Collaborate with developers, QA, and other DevOps team members to support build and deployment processes. Maintain system documentation, operational runbooks, and SOPs.
