Office Administrator | Chennai (Perungudi)EarthFokus is looking for an Office Administrator to independently manage office operations, HR coordination, and basic accounting at our Perungudi office. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems, and running day-to-day operations end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & HR Operations- Ensure smooth daily running of the office – infrastructure, utilities, and vendor management. - Maintain compliance deadlines, contracts, and renewals. - Track attendance, leave records, and employee insurance. - Support recruitment (shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding) after probation period. - Be the go-to person for team support and office coordination.Finance & Accounts Support- Record daily accounting transactions and maintain ledgers. - Assist with payroll processing and reimbursements. - Maintain bills, documentation, and expense records for audits. - Support budgeting and monthly financial summaries.Qualifications & Skills- 3+ years’ experience in office administration, HR coordination, or operations with some accounting exposure. - Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with software (e.g., Zoho Books). - Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.Salary₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience.Why Join Us?- Be part of a purpose-driven team focused on water sustainability. - Take full ownership of office, HR, and finance support. - Supportive environment with opportunities to grow.To Apply: Send your CV and cover letter to info@with the subject line: “Application – Office Administrator”
