Location - Floor 01, #47 TTK Road, Alwarpet Chennai Responsibilities: Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS. Create delightful experience by being responsible for end to end administrative support to stores and office. Responsible for maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair. Oversee and coordinate events. Travel management. Inventory management of supplies and assets. Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations. Responsible for Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing. Recommend cost saving options. Procuring/ renewal of admin related licenses and MIS. Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards. Desired Profile : Good verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, organised approach to multitasking. Strong customer focus and stakeholder management. Proficient in MS office. Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore.
