What You'll Do: As a Leads Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our lead generation and distribution processes. Your responsibilities will include: Developing comprehensive lead lists for telephone campaigns from various sources. Expertly managing leads using database management software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Working to significantly increase pipeline volume, maximize agent talk time, and boost conversion rates. Optimizing campaign performance by analyzing and measuring key ratios related to deal closures. Tracking all activity diligently and providing timely reports against agreed performance metrics. Assisting departments with data extraction from our dialer system. Collaborating closely with managers to ensure all lead management initiatives align with departmental needs. Continuously enriching our leads database to maintain its quality and effectiveness. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who embodies ambition, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess: Desired: Experience with ViCiDial. Expert Skills: Proficiency in database management software, particularly SQL. Analytical Mindset: A solid understanding of performance metrics and how to leverage them. Exceptional Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet business requirements and deadlines. Team Player: Excellent collaborative skills.
