Holidays /"We are looking for Document Controller with Strong exposure in Engineering Sector, not looking for Document writer /" Roles and ResponsibilitiesIn this essential role, you will work on Water Treatment Technical Information Control across a number of sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma and Data Centers. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Managing and maintain organized technical information databasesTrack documentation status, numbering and revisions to ensure accuracyCoordination of information from multiple projects simultaneouslyPreparation of project documentation for client approvalPrepare weekly and monthly documentation reportsMaintain regular communication with suppliers and project team membersIdentify process improvement to enhance document control efficiency Qualifications:Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of energy. This individual must be capable of independent and teamwork environments. This position demands an individual with a strong detail-oriented work style, excellent English oral and written communication skills, and an accommodating and proactive attitude. Additional qualifications required include: 5-10 year’s experience in a similar roleExcellent technical writing and communication skillsFluent English speakerWork in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projectsStrong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitudeStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MS ProjectProcore MS Office, ACC, AutoCAD and Revit experience is essentialExperience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage
