Senior Accounting Associate

Roles & ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end accounting cycle- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, general ledger maintenance, and timely account reconciliations with high accuracy.Prepare and present MIS reports- Create monthly financial reports, dashboards, and insights that support internal decision-making and investor updates.Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance- Handle timely and accurate filings for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. Actively support internal and external audits.Stakeholder coordination- Serve as the primary finance point of contact—working with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to keep financial operations running smoothly.What We’re Looking ForExperience- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a startup or fast-growing, tech-driven organization.Tools & systems- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.Core finance expertise- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.Mindset & soft skills- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Team-first attitude- Proactive, collaborative, and willing to roll up your sleeves—especially during month-end and year-end closures.
