We look forward to welcoming you to contribute to our success and make a meaningful impact to our noble purpose – helping people save for those important miles stones in their lives. Roles & Responsibility:Conduct benefit calculations for pension plans.Performs special actuarial projects as assigned.Draft data requests, perform data analysis and assess inconsistenciesPrepare valuation data using Excel or Software applicationPerform detailed actuarial gain/loss analysis and analyze changes in the liabilityDetermine valuation assumptions, apply/update on valuation systemPrepare valuation reports, Forms for regulatory reportingAssist with other special ad hoc projectsAssist junior team members in their work and help grooming themReview work completed by junior colleaguesInvolve in work transition, help develop training materials and deliver training to team membersEducation and skill Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science/Statistics/Mathematics with 60%+ marksActuarial exam progress will be an advantageWould be able to manage a team and train the Juniors Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent cognitive ability, analytical skills, organization, and recallAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt to changes in the work environmentFlexibility in work culture (Example – She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
