Liberty Shipping Containers offers containers like 20ft and 40ft standard dry containers, high cubes, and double doors, suitable for storage and transport.Job Description:Chartered Accountant (CA)Industry: Logistics and Shipping industryExperience : 2 to 3 years (Post Qualification)Location: ChennaiCTC : ₹ 8.5 to 9.5 LRole Description :We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in company formation, corporate accounts, statutory compliance, and financial operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage company registration, incorporation, and related statutory filings. - Handle corporate accounts, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company law. - Prepare and file income tax returns, GST, and other statutory returns. - Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate financial documentation. - Provide advisory support on corporate finance, company law matters, and regulatory frameworks. - Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders as required.Qualifications & Requirements:- Qualified Chartered Accountant. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of company formation, corporate accounting, and statutory compliances. - Familiarity with ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings and procedures. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.How to Apply:- Interested candidates may send their updated resume to hr@ with the subject line “Application for Chartered Accountant Position”.
