Hi All, Job Title: Accounts Executive (International Accounting – AR/AP) Location: Chennai (Work from Office), Thoraipakkam Experience: 3–4 Years Shift: Europe (12.30 PM to 9.30 PM)/ US Shift(6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)-IST Job Summary: We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executives to manage international accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, with hands-on experience in using QuickBooks (QB) and Xero accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day AR and AP activities for international clients (non-India). Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Prepare and maintain financial reports as required. Communicate with clients/vendors in different time zones. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies. Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in accounting, specifically in AR/AP. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero is mandatory. Willingness to work in Europe or US shift hours. Must work from our Chennai office (no remote option). Good communication skills and attention to detail.
