We require an Accounts Executive to work at the Perungudi Location of Fasta Pizza. The Job Responsibilities are given below: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journal Entries) Maintain accurate records in TALLY PRIME. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts. Manage statutory compliances ,GST & TDS processes and returns, e-invoices, and e-way bills Invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and credit control Prepare monthly P&L reports and assist in audit procedures Coordinate with customers / suppliers (Accounts Payable & Receivables). Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, challans, purchase orders, etc. Manage petty cash, office bills, and utility payments Manage and coordinate Day to day Accounts and Inventory entries in system Coordinate with auditors for finalisation end to end.
