The Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The Captain will also coordinate with kitchen staff, address customer complaints professionally, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the dining area.Qualifications- Leadership and team management skills - Customer service and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in restaurant or hospitality management - Organizational and multitasking skills - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus
