HR Payroll Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (with Payroll & Compliance Knowledge) Location: Konsari, Gadchiroli, MaharashtraExperience: 2 – 6 YearsFacilities Provided: Food & Accommodation Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations. The candidate should be capable of handling employee life cycle processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities at our Konsari site. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll process including attendance, leave management, salary calculation, and disbursement. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases. Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding, and exit process. Prepare and submit statutory returns on time. Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and policies. Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and workforce management. Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the state of Maharashtra. Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll-related matters. Manage HR documentation, policies, and employee welfare initiatives. Key Skills & Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce. 2 to 6 years of proven experience in HR & Payroll Management. Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Compliance filing. Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS software. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle end-to-end HR functions independently.
