Role & responsibilities Supervise daily workshop operations Manage and coordinate technician schedules and tasks Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Maintain and oversee workshop equipment and tools Train and mentor workshop technician Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2-4 years of experience in workshop industry. in depth knowledge of fabrication,machining process, tools . Familiar with CAD/CAM and production management system. Good problem solving and organizational abilities.
