Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, billet caster at Lloyds Metal and Energy Limited, located in Chandrapur. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in management and leadership roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Knowledge of billet continuous casting with problem solving ability. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology like L1 and L2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical /Metallurgy, or related field Min 15 yrs. experience in billet cum round caster operation In depth knowledge of cadter parts, casting parametres, machine maintenance, quality of steel preferance will be given for alloy steel casting
