Role: Gold Casting Experienced Technician - Schultheiss VPC PureCTC: 6 Lakhs per annum (negotiable) Location: Chandigarh, IndiaWe are looking for an experiencedGold Casting Expertto manage and operate ourSchultheiss VPC Pure Casting Machinealong with the completevacuum pressure casting system .If you have hands-on experience in high-precision gold casting and understand the technical nuances of vacuum pressure systems, we would love to connect.Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage the Schultheiss VPC vacuum pressure casting machine Handle complete vacuum pressure casting process (melting to final casting) Ensure defect-free, high-quality gold castings Monitor temperature control, vacuum levels, and pressure parameters Troubleshoot casting defects (porosity, shrinkage, incomplete fills, etc.) Maintain equipment and ensure optimal machine performance Work closely with design and production teamsRequirements: Proven experience ingold casting using vacuum pressure systems Hands-on experience withSchultheiss or similar high-end casting machines Strong technical understanding of casting parameters and metallurgy Ability to maintain consistency in quality production Experience in jewellery manufacturing preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced casting technology in a professional jewellery manufacturing setup.
