The role also includes delivering excellent customer service and technical assistance to users.QualificationsExpertise in Audio Visual Support and experience with Audio Visual (AV) Systems Proficiency in handling Video Conferencing tools and platforms Strong Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues Excellent Customer Service skills to assist users effectively Knowledge of AV systems integration and installation is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Information Technology or Engineering
