We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help build lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele.Responsibilities:- Manage and build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients. - Act as the primary contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint. - Provide personalized consultations to help clients choose jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions. - Understand and convey product knowledge, including the history, craftsmanship, and materials of our fine jewelry. - Collaborate with the sales and design teams to offer custom jewelry solutions to clients. - Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain detailed client records to track preferences, special dates, and purchase history. - Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients. - Stay informed of market trends and client preferences to anticipate needs and offer relevant recommendations. - Assist in achieving sales targets by fostering client loyalty and retention.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in Retail Sales or in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. - A keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain client records. - Discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients. - Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
