Lead Generation Specialist – Fuel Card SalesLocation: Chandigarh, IndiaSchedule: Night Shift (aligning with U.S. business hours)About the RoleLoop Services, LLC is hiring motivated Lead Generation Specialists to support our U.S. client — a leading logistics solutions provider — in expanding its Fuel Card Sales program. You’ll focus on engaging warm leads, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.This is a great opportunity to grow your career in outbound sales while working with a reputable global client in the logistics sector.Key Responsibilities- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to warm prospects for fuel card and factoring programs - Send 30–40 follow-up emails daily to interested leads - Accurately log all calls, emails, and updates in the CRM - Qualify and transfer leads to the Account Executive team with complete details - Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets - Share carrier insights and feedback during team syncsFuel Card Program Snapshot (Client Overview)(Client name withheld for confidentiality)- Average Discount: ~$0.50 per gallon - Transaction Fees: $0 in-network / $4 out-of-network - Customer Service: Managed by AtoB through a dedicated U.S. support line - Network: Accepted nationwide via Visa rails at major gas stations and truck stopsTraining & Enablement- Full onboarding on product, systems, and communication scripts - CRM and sales funnel training - Ongoing coaching and weekly performance feedbackCompensation & Incentives- Base Salary: ₹50,000 per month - Performance Bonus: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on qualified lead targets) - Transparent metrics and structured career growthWork Schedule & Environment- Shift: 7 AM–4 PM CST / 8 AM–5 PM CST (India night hours) - Workplace: Secure office with 24/7 access, onsite security, and company-provided shuttle serviceWho You Are- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing a plus - Excellent English communication (spoken and written) - High-energy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing outbound volume - Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferredWhy Join Us?- Competitive compensation with achievable performance bonuses - Structured training and skill development - Exposure to a leading U.S. logistics client - Supportive, high-performance cultureTo Apply: Send your CV to careers@
