Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – US Staffing Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (Onsite) Shift Timing: US Shift | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Lead Generation Specialist with strong experience in lead generation and business development. This role is focused on driving new business opportunities in the US staffing market, managing client relationships, and setting up meetings with key decision-makers. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and supporting overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads in the US staffing industry . Reach out to prospective clients (HR leaders, procurement heads, hiring managers) via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Schedule meetings and discussions for senior leadership with target accounts. Maintain consistent and strategic outreach efforts to build a strong sales pipeline. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal recruitment teams. Track and update lead activity in CRM tools accurately and regularly. Conduct market research to identify trends, target industries, and competitor strategies. Follow up promptly with prospects to move leads through the sales funnel. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in business development or lead generation , preferably in US staffing or recruitment . Strong understanding of staffing services and client acquisition strategies in the US market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of dedication, consistency, and attention to detail. Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
